The SK Municipal Federation of Pastrana Leyte headed by the SK Municipal Federation President, Hon. Sheena Niña Depaudhon attended a 3-day Sangguniang Kabataan Integrated Organizational, Leadership and Reorientation-Basic Orientation Seminar (ISKOLAR-BOS) at Naval, Biliran Leyte last May 2009.
